Privacy policy

The controller of your personal data is Wiktor Gronostaj, operating under the erminecode brand (Konin, Wielkopolska, Poland).

I only collect data that you provide yourself or that is necessary for the site to work:

• contact form data: name, e-mail address, optionally company name and the content of your message,
• technical data: anonymous visit statistics, without identifying any individual.

I process the form data only to respond to your enquiry and to carry on any further conversation about working together. The legal bases are:

• the consent you give by submitting the form (Article 6(1)(a) GDPR),
• my legitimate interest in responding to your enquiry and in business contact (Article 6(1)(f) GDPR).

I do not sell your data or share it for marketing purposes. I use trusted providers that process data solely on my behalf:

• Web3Forms: handling delivery of the contact form,
• Vercel: site hosting,
• Vercel Analytics and Speed Insights: anonymous traffic and performance analytics.

I keep messages from the form for as long as needed to handle your enquiry and our correspondence, and afterwards until any potential claims expire or you withdraw your consent.

At any time you have the right to:

• access your data and receive a copy of it,
• rectify, erase or restrict the processing,
• object to the processing and to data portability,
• withdraw consent at any moment, without affecting the lawfulness of processing carried out before the withdrawal,
• lodge a complaint with the President of the Personal Data Protection Office (PUODO).

I do not use cookies for tracking or advertising. Vercel analytics works without cookies and does not identify individual users. In your browser I only store your theme and language preferences so the site looks the way you left it.

I may update this policy when the tools I use or the law change. The current version is always available on this page, and the date of the latest change is shown at the top.
